� A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATIOK IN A
CONTRACT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR THE LEASING
OF RADIO EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Sheriffs Department has offered
to lease certain communications equipment and services to thecommunities
within Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has need of these services and
equipment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Orono to participate in the lease of these services and �quipment
for a period of one year, commencing January 1, 1977 and ending December
31, 1977.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held March 17, 1977.
