"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY # "

Wf-IEREAS, the City of Orono is a im.micipal corporation orga.nized and exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
�hII�REAS, the City Co�cil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, ecanomic and safe development of land within the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City Cotmcil has considered the application for a subdivision
plat for the Van Eeckhout Building Corporation;
NOW, Tf�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cowicil of the City of Orono
hereby approves the plat for the Van Eeckhout Building Corporation, Hennepin Coimty,
Minnesota, subject to the following:
1. Underlying easement on road (subject to City Engineer approval) .
2. Utility easement along road (subject to City Engineer approval) .
3. Drainage plan approved by City Engineer.
4. Final plat to indicate 60' public easement along west property
line of Tract H projecting due south from cul-de-sac to south
property line (projected extension of road easement) .
� 5.' Final plat to indicate necessary drainage easements as ,
determined by City Engi.neer.
6. Appropriate Park Dedication Fee ($2,000.00)
7. Private road (no agreement or bond necessary) .
8. Title opinion addressed to City.
This resolution will expire on September 1, 1977, if the aforesaid sub-
division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of Deeds. In
that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision approval.
