�� "A RESOLUTION APPROVING Tf-iE SIDWELL ADDITION'
Wf�REAS, the City of Orono is a r�nicipal corporation organized and
existing tmder the laws of the State of Minnesota; and �
Wf�REAS, the City Coi�cil of the City of Orono has adopted. subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Coimcil has considered the application for a subdivision
plat for the SIDWELL ADDITTON by James E. Sidwell;
NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Coimcil of the City of
Orano hereby approves the plat for the SIDWELL ADDTTION, Hennepin Cotmty, Minnesota,
subject to the followi.ng:
1. Receipt of the Park Dedication Fee of $2,000.00
2. Approval of the City Engineer on the drainage and
house location.
3. Title Opinion addressed to the City.
�` 4. Receipt of one sewer wzit assessment in the amount of
$3,859:05.
This resolution wi11 expire on July 1, 1977, if the aforesaid subdivision
plat has not been filed with the Hennepin Cotmty Register of Deeds. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision
approval.
