A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION ��628
TO PROVIDE FOR A SEWER RATE INCREASE
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is required to pay the
" Metro Sewer Service Charge for 1977l: and
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has r`ealized an increase

in the operating budget of the Sewer Department, and
� WHEREAS';} the City Council desires to offset the �.
increases of the Metro Sewer Cost and the Sewer Department . :___
budget to the users of the Orono, Long Lake, and Chevy Chase
sewer service.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sewer service
charges for the City of Orono be established as follows:
1. Residential rates for users in the Orono; Long
� Lake, and Chevy Chase areas $22. 75 per quarter '
per unit effective March 31', 1977.
2. Commercial or industrial rates for users in the
Orono, Long Lake, .,and Chevy Chase areas $22. 75
per quarter per unit effective March 3,�, 1977.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at
a regular meeting held February 14, 1977.
