ORCHARD VIEW
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a mLmicipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
�REAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develapment of land within the
City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ha.s considered the application for a lot
rearrangement, property•legally described as follows:
Lot 61, except the Southwesterly 15 feet thereof, Orono Orchards,
and Lot.74, the Southwesterly 15 feet of Lot 61, and the South-
easterly 35 feet of Lot 75, Orono Orchards, and of the lacation
of all buildings thereon.
NOW, TI-�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Orono hereby approves the Paul J. Schleich Lot Rearrangement, Hennepin Cowrty,
Minnesota., subject to the follawing conditions:
1. That Lot 62 and the remainder of Lot 61 be combined into one
parcel.
2. Rroperty title opinion addressed to the City.
I� 3. The approval of the variances would be conditianed on ccnnpletion of
ths fina1 plat of the lot rearrangement.
This resolution will expire on August 1, 1977, if the aforesaid lot �
rearrangement has not been recorded with the Hennepin Cotmty Registrar of Titles.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of
Or�o for lot rearrangement approval.
