RESOLITT ION NO. 7 4 7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING Tf-lE NORTH ARM F,STATES 1HIRD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a mtmicipal corporation organized and
existing i.mder the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the
City; and
Wf-IEEREAS, the City Coi.mcil has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for NORTfi ARM ESTATES THIRD ADDITION by Paul F, and Fae R. Boeye;
NOW, TI-�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Coi.mcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for North Arni Estates Third Addition, Hennepin
County, h4innesota.
November 8 , 1977
This resolution will expire on ��X�x if the aforesaid sub-
division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin Coi.uity Register of Deeds.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of
Orono for subdivision approval.
