"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY # "
WE�REAS, the City of Orono is a mLmicipal corporation organi2ed and
existing �mder the laws of the State of Minnesota.; and
WE�REAS, The City Cotmcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develop�nent of land within the -
City; and
Wf-IEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a sub-
division plat for David Kruskopf;
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City CoLmcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for David Kruskopf, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
This resolution will expire on Ma.y 1, 1977, if the aforesaid sub-
division plat has not been filed with the Hennepin Coimty Register of Deeds.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City
of Orono for subdivision approval.
