�4f�Rl?AS, the City of. �rono is a municipal cor�oration and organized and
existing under the laws of the State af ?4innesota; and
�'�Ft13A.S, the City Coi.mcil of the City of Orono has adonted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the
City; and
SVf�RT:AS, the City Council has considered the application for a sub-
vision �lat f.or Fain�aay �jiew;
:�i(x°�, IT�REFOR�, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cotmcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for Fain,ray View, lIennepin County, n"innesota,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Receipt of Park Dedication Fee in the amoi.mt of �1,250.00•
2. Approval of. the City 1�ttorney.
This resolution will expire on July l, 1977, if the aforesaid subdivision
plat has not been filed with tlie Hennepin County Recorder's Office. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application �aith the Citv of Orono for subdivision
• anproval.
