A RESOLUTIOi� APPROVING THE DICI�Y SUBDIVISIOi�i
Wf-�REAS, the City of Orono is a mLmicipal corporation organized and
existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
jti'f�REAS, the City Coi.mcil of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision
regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the
City; and
tiVf�REAS, the City Council has considered the application for a
subdivision plat for the Dickey Subdivision by William P, and Patricia C. Dickey.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Cowlcil of the City of
Orono hereby approves the plat for the Dickey Subdivision, Hennepin Coi.mty,
Minnesota, subject to the following:
1. Payment of the Park Dedication Fee in the amoLmt of �500.00.
• 1. Title opinion approved by the City Attorney.
� _ This resolution will expire on July 1, 1977, if the aforesaid subdivision
plat has not been filed with tYie �iennepin Co�ty Register of Deeds. In that event,
• it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for sub-
divi:sion approval.
