Planning Commission AZeeting - November 15, 1976
Several people in attendance at the public hearing •
had some questions as to properties being '
considered for rezoning. Subject properties
were pointed out. Other than these questions,
there was no objection from the floor regarding
the rezoning of those properties on the zoning
amendment proposal to include the B-5 (limited
business) zoning district.
, The Planning Commission recommended adoption
of the amendment and rezoning subject properties �
fron LR-1C-1 (Residential) to B-5.
The Planning Commission reviewed other possible
zoning changes in the Navarre area. Decision
was to recommend to Council that the Village
rezone all properties as designated on colored
�ap of IJavarre with the exception of the P�Iartin
.�xaco property. If Council concurs, Planning
c,omnission will schedule necessary public hearing.
