part of the General Fund

Road and Bridge
New Equipment

The following fund is hereby established:

AREAS an Operating Budget for the year 1965 has,been proposed
which is in agreement with Resolution #73, A Resolution Approving
An.d Ordering A Tax Levy Collectible in 1965..
BE IT:EEREBY RESOLVED by.the Village Council of the Village of
Orono, that the ,.1965 Operating 'Budget for the Village of Orono
be adopted.

RESOLUTION #90
A RESOLUTION REGARDING COMPULSORY
VOTER REGISTRATION-- HENNEPIN COUNTY
WHEREAS the Village Council -of .the Village of Orono now has voter
registration in the Village of Orono under consideration,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that compulsory voter registration is
not necessary at this time. 3.

RESOLUTION #92
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CLASSIFICATION AND.'
SALE OF NON -CONSERVATION LIST 11607-C"
WHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Orono, Hbnnepin
County, Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor'of
Hennepin County, Minnesota, a list of lands in said village
which.became the property of the State 'of Minnesota under the
provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to the
State for non-payment of taxes, which said list has been
-designated as Classification: Non -Conservation List 11607-0111
March .8, ' 1965 ; and..
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has hereto-
fore been classified by the Board of County Commissioners of
Hennepin County,' -Minnesota as non -conservation land and.the
sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of
County 'Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT- RESOLVED, by said Village Council, acting
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes for 1957, Section -282.01, Subd. 1,
that the said classification by said Board of County Commissioners
of each parcel of land described in said list as non -conservation
land nd the same is hereby approved and.that the sale of
each/ eel of land ,be and the same is hereby approved.

RESOLUTION #93
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE VACATION OF THAT PART OF
WEBB STREET LYING BETWEEN LOT 1 OF COFFEE'S ADDITION
TO SHADYWOOD AND LOT 14 OF FAGERNESS, TWP- 117 -RANGE 23
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a
'public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village Hall,
in the Village of -.Orono, Minnesota, on March 229 1965, at 8:00 P,M.
to consider the vacation of the following described street:
That -part of Webb Street lying. between Lot 1 -of
CoffW-s Addition to Shadywood and.Lot 14.of
Fagerness.- Twp,,, 117 - Range 23; and
WHEREAS,the Village Council -has determined the vacation of -the
said street is in the•best interests of the Village;_
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED' as f ollowo
The petition requesting vacation of the following
described street:
That part•of Webb Street lying between Lot 1 of
Coffeels Addition to Shadywood and tot 14 of
Fagerness, Twp. 117 Range 23
is hereby vacated.
