RESOLUTION #83
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
INTEREST FREE PAYMENT OF SEWER ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS,�Ordinance No. 71 permits payment of the 1963 and 1964 sewer
assessments: in full,without-interest until January 1, 1965; and
WHEREAS, a number of residents of the Village have failed by - a few
days to meet such deadline; and

WHEREAS., the -Council wishes to be fair in all respects and wishes to
encourage. pre -payment of these assessments;
�•. NOW, THEREFORE, it is resolved, that pre -payments of said assessments
•will be accepted without interest through January 31, 1965, but will
under no circumstances be accepted thereafter.
Adopted at a regular meeting of the Village Council of,the Village of
Orono January 25, 1965. -
