during the growing season from May 1st to
November 1st. Issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy requires all permits associated
with the project to be finaled and an
as-built survey approved by the City. If
vegetation is not fully established at the
time of CO issuance, the erosion control
escrow will continue to be held.
