Orono, Minnesota, as follows: e (1) It is hereby found, determined and declared 'that the 'r lowest two bids submitted by responsible contractors for the construction of Sanitary Sewer 64 -LS -1 are as follows: BIDDER PRICE Abbot, Arne, Schwindt $1669228.50 a Hurley 1799883.30 (2) The contracts for the construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement 64 -LS -1 are hereby awarded to the lowest bidder, subject to the approval of the appropriate state agency; ', and'the.Clerk'is hereby authorized and'directed to return the bid depositsall bidders except the lowest two bidders.
