SYSTEM DESIGN <br />FOR GARY CARLSON <br />IN TRACT 8, R.l S. # 1098 <br />ORONO. MINNESOTA <br />9-21-87 <br />1.Percolation Rate, Type of System_. <br />22.3 minutes per inch. Standard System. <br />2. Proposed Flow Rate. <br />4 bedrooms @ 150 G.P.D. = 450 G.P.Q. <br />3. Soil Treatment Area Required. <br />Use 2.0 factor x 450 G.P.D. = 900 Sq. Ft. minimum. <br />4. Size and Number of Trenches. <br />300 lineal feet of trenches 3 feet wide - yuO Sq. Ft. These trenches would <br />be spaceu a minimum ,f 7.5 feet center to center and be about 2 fee,. Jeep <br />in the natural soil. <br />5. Drainfield Rock Needed. <br />50.0 cubic yards of rock is needed to have 12 inches under and 2 inches over <br />a 4 inch distribution pipe. <br />6. Septic Tanks. <br />2 septic tanks of at least 1000 and 750 gallons are needed. It appears that <br />a third pumping tank will not be needed depending on the final house el,va- <br />tion. <br />7. Additional Information. <br />All construction and materials must adhere to the provisions of the City of <br />Orono. All grading and construction traffic must be kept off the primary <br />drainfield area as well as the new alternate site.
