A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE -FIRST NATIONAL
k A'=BANK OF NAVARRE AS-AN OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY

.; WHEREAS the First National Bank of Navarre has submitted
' in writing"its proposal to be designated a depository of funds
of the Village of, Orono from the date of adoption of this resolution

WHEREAS said bank has assigned and deposited the following:
$25,000 Federal Home Loan Banks Cons.
,:Notes, 4.1%, due 4-15-65
' Paul with the First National Bank of St. , St Paul, Minnesota as
custodian for the Treasurer of the Village of Orono, together with
a. such other securities as may during aid term be substituted therefor
or. added. thereto as security for said public funds.
A NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the First National.Bank
.of.Navarr:e is designated a depository for Village funds according
to the agreement submitted}z4e
BE`J'T FURTHER RESOLVED that'the securities assigned and
:described above be approved.'
