A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND DIRECTING THE ENGINEER r
TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND FEASIBILITY.REPORT
FOR MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT NUMBER 64 PL 1.
Be It. Resolved By The Village Council of the Village of Orono '
as follows: `
1. Petition No. 64 PL 1 is hereby received and ordered filed.'
2. William T. Mills., consulting engineer, is hereby directed
to prepare preliminary plans to determine the feasibility
of municipal parking lot as follows:
Acquire land for, construct and maintain a municipal
parking lot on part of Block 6, Navarre Heights.
Adopted at a regular meeting held March 239 '1964.

A RESOLUTION VACATING•PART OF WAYZATA AND LAKE SHORE ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a
public hearing was held by the Village Council at the
Village Hall in the Village of,Orono, Minnesota, on''
„... ', April 13, 1964, at 8:00 P.M. to consider the vacation
of the following described street:
y That part of Wayzata and Lakeshore Road located in N* J.
Stubbs First Subdivision in hot Number 2; Section 11,
Town 117, Range 23, as shown in _red ink -in the plat of
said Addition, running in a Northerly and Southerly -:.
direction across the"'Easterly portion of Lots 3,4,5 and'
6 in said Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined the vacation of.the
said-street is in the best interests >of''t he Village;
NOWTHEREFORE,-:IT IS RESOLVED as follows:

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING
REPORT AND DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE DETAILED
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
i NO 64—LS-1 AND STREET.IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NOS.
64—GG=I. AND 64—BS-1.
BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of
''Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
(1) The preliminary engineering report heretofore submitted
by William -T. Mills advising this Council as to:. -the
feasibility and estimated cost of constructing a sanitary
sewer.project for the Village is hereby approved and ordered
filed.
(2) Said improvement shall consist of three projects which
shall be hereafter designated as Sanitary Sewer Project
No. 64 LS -1 and Street Improvement Project Nos. 64—GG-1 and 64—BS-1.
(3) William T. Mills,, consulting engineer, Orono, Minnesota
is hereby authorized and directed to prepare detailed plans
and.spe.cifications for said improvements.
