_t A`RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SUBMITTED
BY HENNEPIN COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR R2=
CONSTRUCTION OF THE NARROWS BRIDGE
WHEREAS, plans for State Aid Project No. 27-619-04 (Co. Proj. 6123)
showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades, and cross—sections,
together with specifications and s ecial provisions for the
(construction), (reconstruction), p( improvement), of State Aid
Road No. 19 within the limits of the (Village) as a (State) Aid
Project have been prepared and presented to the (Village):
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS'RESOLVED: That said plans, specifications

nd spebial provisions be in all things approvdd.
Adopted by the Village Council on the ninth day of March, 1964.

RESOLUTION #4 ,
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REMITTANCE OF TAXES COLLECTED
FROM SHADYWOOD POINT (DETACHED) TO THE
VILLAGE OF MOUND
WHEREAS, the following described real estate: r
All that part of the plat of Shadywood Point lying
within Section 18, Township 117, Range 23, Hennepin
County, including all public streets, alleys, parks
and other public areas
was,
by Order of the Minnesota Municipal Commission -on
December 3, 1963, 0eta bed- .:frQzD-the Village of Orono and
attached 'to the Village of Mound: and
WHEREAS, the Village -tax levy for 1,963, ppyable in 1964, was $1615.88
on said property: and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor's office has advised the Village of Orono
that these 1963 taxes, when paid to the Village of Orono,:
should be thereupon remitted to -the Village of Mound because
of'the fact that the Village of Mound has assumed responsibil
ity for services to the affected property from Dec. 3, 1963:

NOW, THEREFORE., IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. The Village of Orono will remit to the Village of Mound` .i
all Village taxes for 1963 assesses against the following
described property:
All that part of the plat of Shadywood Point lying
withing-Section 18, Township 117, Range 23, Hennepin
County, including all public streets, alleys, parks
and other public areas
as collected..
2. The Village of -Orono assumes no responsibility to remit
to the Village of Mound except for taxes actually paid,
nor any responsibility to remit to the Village of Mound
any faster than the taxes are paid.
Passed by the Village Council this ninth day of March, 1964.

A RESOLUTION TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF A PART
OF WAYZATA.AND LAKESHORE-ROAD
Whereas a petition to vacate._,,, -portion of public right of way
has been submitted -to the Village Council by the abutting prop-.-
erty owners and,
Whereas MSA 412.851 empowers the Council to vacate streets and
alleys after public hearing on the proposal,
Now therefore Be It Resolved that a notice of hearing be pub-
lished pursuant to MSA 412.851 and a hearing be held on April 131
1964 at 8:00 P.M. at the Village'Hall on the proposed vacation of

That part of Wayzata and Lakeshore'Road located in N. J.
Stubbs First Subdivision in Lot Number 2, Section 11,
Town 117, Range 23 as shown in red ink on the plat of
said Addition, running in a Northerly and Southerly
direction across the Easterly portion of lots 3,4,5 and
6 in said Addition.
The motion for adoption was seconded by Searles and carried.

RESOLUTION -RECEIVING PETITIONS AND DIRECTING THE
ENGINEER TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING AND
FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR SANITARY SEWER PROJECT NO.
64LB1.

BE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of the Village of
Orono, Minnesota, as follows:
(1)Petition No. 64LS1 is hereby received and ordered filed.
(2)William T. Mills, consulting engineer, is hereby directed
tp prepare ppeliminary plans to determine the engineering '
p-- feasibility of sanitary sewer improvements as follows:
Sanitary Sewer Lateral Service for:
A. That part of Ve Village lying in the North half ' of
Section 21, Township 117, Ranke .23 and in the North-
east one quarter of Section 20, Township 117, Range 24•:`
B. Livingston Avenue and Lyric Avenue between County Road #19
and Blaine Avenue. '
Adopted by the Village Council at a'regular meeting held Monday,
March 239 1964.
