'A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A LEASE FOR SANITARY SEVER
TRUNK CHANNEL CROSSINGS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Orono that the Mayor and Administrator be authorized to
enter into a lease with the State of Minnesota, pursuant
to MSA 84.415, in order to provide for construction and
maintenance of sanitary sewer trunk lines across the
following channels of Lake Minnetonka, Hennepin County:
1. Maxwell Bay,,Crystal Bay Channel
2. North Arm, Crystal Bay Channel
3. West Arm, Crystal Bay Channel
said lease being identified as Lease Number 320-Q, Water
Permit Number 63-1044.
Adopted by Village Council at a regular meeting held
February 10, 1964.

A RESOLUTION TO HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF
A PART OF WAYZATA AND LAKESHORE ROAD

WHEREAS a petition to vacate a portion of public right
of way has been submitted to the Village Council by the
abutting property owners and, '
WHEREAS MSA 412.851 empowers the Council to vacate streets
` and alleys after public hearing on the proposal,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a"notice of hearing be
published pursuant to MSA 412.851 and a hearing be held on
March 9, 1964 at 8:00 P.M. at the Village Hall on the pro
posed vacation of:

- That part of Wayzata and Lakeshore Road located in 'N�._`J..
Stubbs First Subdivision in Lot Number 2, Section:ll,
Town 117, Range 23 as shown in red ink in the plat of
said Addition, running in a Northerly and Southerly
direction across the Easterly portion of Lots 3,4,5
and 6 in said Addition.
