I received an application for a division of property of the Annie
Anderson estate, Lots 1-2-3, Block 1, Hillside Park, dividing
off the W 291' thereof. This would make the lot 150' X 291'
or 43,650 square feet or 90 square feet over the required one acre.
It also meets the frontage requirement of 1401. This would leave
the remainder of the property at about one and one-half acres.
