A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE FIRST,NATIONAh
BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS AS AN OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY
`INHERES the First National Bank of Minneapolis has sub-
mitted in writing its proposal to,be designated a -depository ,
of fundsof the .Village of Orono for • a. term of one year from
the date of the.: adoption of this resolution and,
WHEREAS said bank has assigned and deposited the follow
in•g
$150,000 School District No.1,Fremont County,Colorado,
Refunding bonds,32%, due 10-1-77/78

$100,000 Township Highschool District No.2119 Cook
w County,Illinois, School Building and Site
3 bonds, 3% due 12-1-78

with the Federal Reserve Bank,Minneapolis,Minn.esota,as. costod.ign for the Treasurer of the Village of Orono,together with
such other -securities as may during said term,be substituted
therefor or added thereto .as security for said public funds.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the First National
Bank of Minneapolis is designated a depository for village
funds according to the agreement submitted for a period of
one year from the adoption of this resolution;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the securities assigned and
described above be approved.
