` RESOLUTION DETACHING CERTAIN LOTS IN STREATER'S
SPRING PARK ADDITION FROM THE VILLAGE OF ORONO,
WHEREAS, the Village of Orono,Minn.esota wishes to detach the
following described land:

`Council of Spring Park,.Minnesota wishes to annex 'the above des-
cribed land,
AND WHEREAS *thre Village of Orono and the Vi llage° Of' Spring
Park are adjoining and the land above described is contiguous to.

Beginning at the N.E.corner of Lot 1;Block 5'of
Streater's Spring, Park Addition.,follow the N;.lite

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Orono here-.,-.
by respectfully.requests the Minnesota Municipal•.Commission to

RESOLVED FURTHER; that the Village Clerk is' dire cted to
` forward copies of -this resolution to the Minnesota Municipal
Commission and to the Village_ Council of Spring Park;Minnesota.'

RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village of Orono,Minnesota,that the x
_proceedings for the sanitary sewer improvements 'ordered made on,
.January 14,1963(63 TS 1 & 29 63 LS 1 & 2, and 63 .TLS 1) and on
April 22,1963'(63 STP 1 and 63 IS 1) having been instituted at y
substan.tia.11 j; the same dates,it is hereby determined that said,..,., ;
.improvements, although separately instituted,,can be more econo �.
mically completed if consolidated and joined as one project, and,
therefore said"proceedings are hereby --consolidated; and all sub-'';` {
Sequent proceedings for said improvements'shall,be donduated,in .'
all respects as.if they had originally been instituted"as one -
