give accurate measurement o; solids accumulation.) If tanks
have not boon pumped out within the last throe ya&$. they
should be pumped out now.
Drainfield inspection indicates
Drainfield is dry, no surfacing evident.
Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet.
!) Drgrnfreld is saturated and visibly dischargar% untreated
effluent to the surface. This condition may require replace-
ment c,: additions to drainfield. Contact the City Inspector
un(nediately. Repairs must be completed within 90 days.
