A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE

PURCHASE PRICE LIMIT.
RESOLVED,that the Village of Orono will pay up to a total of
5$25,000 -for the sewage treatment plant site, including an access

to said site, which -sewage treatment plant is about to be constructed
in accordance with resolutions previously adopted by the Village.
The Village attorneys are directed to proced with condemnation of

the sewage treatment plant, including access, and to settle with
the defendants in accordance with the fore -going authority, if

possible, otherwise to carry through to a conclusion the condemnation
proceedings for said site, including access.
Adopted by.:::the Village Council of the Village of Orono by a

vote of 4-0 at its regular meeting on July 22,•1963.

RESOLUTION # 17
- A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR
ACQUISITION OF SEWER EASEMENTS BY NEGOTIATION.. .;

RESOLVED, that the Village of Orono will pay 80 cents per. -
linear foot for -the sewage easements necessary for the construction :.
of the Sanitary Sewage System; and further, will pay $333 for each
of the six lift stations required for the said Sanitary System."
In connection with the condemnationproceedings for the establish-
went of the Sanitary Sewage System, the Village attorneys are
directed to make settlement with all defendants upon the foregoing
basis if possible, and to carry through -to a conclusion the con- ='

demnation proceedings with respect to any defendants not willing
to settle on this basis.
