<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />June 1, 2016 <br /> <br /> <br />John B. and Sherri Thiesse <br />3855 Bayside Road <br />Orono, MN 55356 <br /> <br />RE: Variance File #15-3748 <br /> Resolution 6523 <br /> <br />On July 13, 2015, the City Council approved Resolution 6523, granting approval of a variety of variances <br />to permit construction of a new residence on the property at 3855 Bayside Road. (File #15-3748). We <br />have received your request dated May 27, 2016 for an extension of this approval which was to expire on <br />July 13, 2016. <br /> <br />City Code Section 78-129 permits staff to grant a 12-month extension of the approval . Because the <br />standards granting your variance remain applicable, your extension request has been granted. Your <br />variance will expire on July 13, 2017. A request for an additional extension must be received at least 60 <br />days prior to the new expiration date (May 13, 2017). Any subsequent extensions may be granted by City <br />Council approval.
