SITE CHARACTERISTICS

should be bumped out now.
Drainflsid inspection indicates:
❑ Drainfield is dry, no Surfacing evident.
❑ Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet.
❑ Drainfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreetird
effluent to the surface. This condtion may require replace-
ment or additions to drainfield. Contact the City Inspector
immsdhtviy, Rspe.rs must on completed within 90 days.
