upgrading of the system is required at this tin -a.

Tank Inspection indicates
❑ Pumpout not needed at this time.
❑ Solids accumulation In tanks indicates they should tv oump•
ed out this year to help prevent future woblems.
❑ Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level, Tanks
should be pumped out as soon as possible.
❑ System is discharging to surface. Tanks must be r umped
within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
❑ Inspection risers missing —tanks could riot be inspected.

at next pumpout. If tanks have not been pumped out within
the tset 'tgfee yawn, they should be pumped out now.
SITE CHARACTERISTICS

give accurate measurement of solids accumulation.) if links
have not been pumped out within the last th•ge years, they
should be pt mped out now.
Drainfield inspection indicates:

❑ Drainfield is saturated end visibly discharging untreated
effluent to the surface. This condition may require reoscr
