within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
❑ Inspection risers missing -tanks could not be inspected.
Inspection risers (4" does. pipe) must be installed in each tank
at next pumpout. If tangs have not been pumped out within
the lest three years, they should be pumpsrd out now

give accurate measurement of solids accumulation ; If tanks
have not been pumped out within the lest three years, they
should be pumped out now.
Drarnfield inspection indicates
