COUNCIL ACTIM - NOTION:
To approve installation of a holding tank per the provisions of the
City Code. Your contractor must obtain a permit for the installation
($30.50). Final location for the tank must be approved by the City
Inspector. High t--iter alarm must be installed to indicate to building's
occupant when the tank is near full so that overflow does not occur. A
pumpout contract must be obtained and a copy submitted to the City.
