The renter, Natalie <br />Nephew, told me it has been discharging ever since my inspection of <br />9/4/84, and that it hasn't been pumped out since that date to her <br />knowledge. <br />THE TANK MUST BE PUMPED OUT WITHIN 48 HOURS. In its current <br />condition it is a clear and distinct health hazard. Citations will <br />be issued to you if the discharge continues. YOU MUST PUMP AS <br />OFTEN AN NECESSARY TO PREVENT FURTHER DISCHARGES. <br />I again would encourage you to install a 2000-gallon holding <br />tank to replace the existing small tank. This will certainly <br />reduce the frequen%y of pumpouts needed and cost you less .in the <br />long run.
