treatment system at the above addrttss has then inspected and appears to fall ,nto the category checked below.

replacement procedures. It drainfield rsplacemant is necessary, sod testing will usually be required, and is design and site plan
must be submitted fnr review. Your contractor must obtain a permit before work is started.

ad out this year to help prevent future problarns.

should be pumped out as soon as ;xmible.
❑ Systerr is discharging to surface. Tanks most be pumped
within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
❑ Inspection risers missing --tanks could not be inspected.
Inspection risers (4" din, pipe) must be installed in each tank
at next pumpout. If tanks have not been pumped out within
the last three years, they should be pumped out now.
