The on -site sewerage <br />trestmsnt system et theabove edorA hog been inspected end appears to fall into the category checked below. <br />(This is 04 an existing system ❑ new construction) <br />01 Masts or exceeds current City standards in NI respects relating to design, construction, and location. Appows to be operating <br />properly. <br />2 Does rmt meet all current City standards for new construction (1978 Coda) but in most respects appears to be designed, <br />located, end constructed generally in accordance with previous codes. System appMrs to be functioning properly; no major <br />upgrading of the system is required at this time. <br />03 Does not most current City standards in many respects relating to design, construction, or location. A operating <br />adequately at this time, but has a relative) hi f system <br />to be g <br />y high potential for future problems. If drairlield replacement is necessary, soil testing will usually be required, and a design and site plan <br />must be submitted for review.
