RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
SOLICITATION OF QUOTATIONS

WI�EREAS,pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on August 26,2002 the
City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the North Arm Lane Paving Improvement
Proj ect.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ORONO, MINNESOTA:
� 1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. "
• 2. The City Engineer shall solicit competitive quotations for completion of the North
Arm Lane Paving Improvement Project. Quotations shall be accepted until 2:00 p.m.on September
23, 2002.An assessment hearing will then be held and after the assessment hearing the quotations
will be considered by the Council at 7:00 p.m. on October 14, 2002 in the Council Chambers.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held this 9th day of September, 2002.
