RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE
PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY
JOS�I A. ARNESON
IS THAT O�'A POLICE OFFICER
WHEREAS, that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund
excludes part-time police officers unless resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish
eligibility for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of
Orono,Hennepin County,Minnesota effective August 26, 2002, the position Josh Adam
" Arneson holds is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64,
. Subdivision 2,pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees �
Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund.
