1. A sewer main extension will likely be required to provide sewer service to the new and
existing homes. They may not share a service connection.

Adam,
I have completed review of the information submitted and offer the following comments for City
consideration:
1. Floodplain mitigation is proposed on site to offset proposed floodplain fill. The applicant will
be required to obtain a MCWD permit for this work, and the mitigation volume will need to be
equal to or greater than the fill.
2. Wetland impacts and buffers will need to be approved by MCWD as well. Impacts may not be
approved unless a good argument can be made for wetland fill.

worthy of comment at this point. Note this is still very much at hta sketch plan phase. I’ve already
provided ROW and utility related comments.
