RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON NORTH ARM LANE PAVING PROJECT
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No. 4842 of the Council adopted July 22,
2002, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the North Arm Lane P.aving
Project and this report was received by the Council on July 22, 2002; and
WHEREAS,the report provides information regarding whether the proposed proj ect
is necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota:
. 1. The Council will consider the paving of North Arm Lane in accordance with the report and
the assessment of abutting property for all of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$31,835.
2. A public heaxing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of August
2002 in the Council Chambers,2780 Kelley Parkway,at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 22nd day of July 2002.
