I noticed when sending the recorded insturments for the above-referenced plat, that
there were gaps in the documents' numbers and investigated further. Enclosed are copies of
those documents:
1. Consent to Special Lot Combination Agreement relating to Lot 2 abd Outlot B
(Document No. 6163879); and
2. Consent to Flowage and Conservation Easement and Waiver of Damages
(Document No. 6163877).
For some reason these two consents were filed as separate instruments, even though
they are both attached to the original documents to which they relate. Should you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to call.
