2. Hereafter, the above-de~cribed lots shall be owned and
conveyed subject to and together with the non-exclusive
easements and covenants whjch follow, as well as those
contained in the preamble of this Declaration and Cov'c!nant,
and present owuers and any s~bsequent owner by acceptance

entity pr~viding the latio~ or materials for such
maintenance. Each owner's sh~re sha~l bear interest at the
rate of eight (8~} percent per an~m:i from such due date.

ordinary residential traffic by the residents, their guests

ordinary, such as construction traffic, Nhich causes damage
to the roadway will be repaired at the cost of the lot
owner who creatad the traf.fic and the lc.t cwner shall oe

Declaration and Covenant.
T~e private road shall be used st:-ictly in accor~ance with
the ease.:nF.nts granted herein. Except as otherwis~
