SCANNED <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 3 9 14 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PER MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE SECTION 10.03, SUBDIVISION 10 <br />AND A VARIAN CE TO SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 (B), <br />AND SECTION 10.75, SUBDIVISION 4 <br />FILE NO. 2182 <br />WHEREAS, Herbert Terry Olson and Jane Olson (hereinafter the "applicants") <br />are owners of the property located at 3640 Bayside Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City") and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Riedel Company Stubbs Bay Addition, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota (hereinafter the "property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the City for a conditional use permit <br />per Municipal Code Section 10.03, Subdivision 10, and a variance from Section 10.23, <br />Subdivision 6 (B) and Section 10.75, Subdivision 4 to reconstruct a 27.2'x25.9' detached garage <br />on a through lot where a variance is required for an accessory structure front street setback of 9' <br />where a 50' setback is normally required. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2182. <br />2. The property is located in the LR-lA, One Family Lakeshore Residential Zoning <br />District where the minimum lot area requirement is 2 acres. <br />3.
