All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />You must apply for and obtain a building permit prior to commencement of construction. (The <br />building permit application is a separate application from the zoning variance or conditional use <br />application.) <br />Variance Approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval <br />resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance <br />approval expires one year after date of approval.
