All persons with an interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br />Conditional use approval is subject to the conditions of the approval resolution and as shown on the <br />approved grading plan. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. In the <br />case of projects requiring a land alteration permit from the City, such permit must be applied for <br />within one year of the date of conditional use approval or that approval will expire (April 8, 1997). <br />Please advise the City when you wish to meet with the County at the site to review the need, if any, <br />for improvements within the County right-of-way. <br />Please contact Jeanne Mabusth if you have any further questions concerning the review of your <br />application. <br />lsv
