A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE � .
1995 G.O. REFUNDING BONDS DEBT SERVICE FUND �
TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS,the 1995 G.O.Refunding Bonds Debt Service Fund was established to
account for the payment of the bond principal, interest, and fiscal agent fees related to the
Crystal Bay area sanitary sewer debt; and
WHEREAS,the final payment of bond principal and interest has been made,and the
equity remaining in the Fund is no longer required; and
WHEREAS,the City can designate the use of the remaining equity for any general
purpose.
� . NOW,TF�REEORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the 1995 G.O.Refunding Bonds Debt •
Service Fund be closed and that the remaining equity be transfened�to the General Fund,
effective December 31, 2001.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held May 13,2002.
