LA19-000062 City of Orono Text Amendment related to amending the maximum Oversized Accessory Buildings size. LA19-000064 City of Orono Text Amendment related to Gardens as a principal use in Residential zoning districts. LA19-000067 Kathryn Alexander, 3129 Casco Circle, requests an average Lakeshore setback variance in order to redevelop the property with a new single family home.
