After they <br />made an application personal circumstances led to a withdrawal request. The Ziebaiihs <br />officially withdrew their application request on January 25, 2007. <br />The variance application fee paid to the City was $600. Minimal staff time has been <br />accounted toward this application; therefore I would recommend refunding the entire <br />$600.00 to: <br />Jeff & Cara Ziebarth <br />820 Bayside Lane <br />Minnetrista, MN 55364 <br />Please authorize this refund and transmit this memo to Ron Olson with your signature of <br />approval.
