The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council
Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway on Monday, March 15, 1993 on the
matter of reviewing the following land use applications:
1. #1804 Michael Revier, the current owner of 2691 Ethel Avenue,
seeks approval of an average lakeshore setback variance to
permit the construction of a new residence.
2. #1805 Robert Voronyak seeks approval of a lot area, lot
width, side and side street setback variances to the LR-lA
Lakeshore Residential Zoning District standards to permit
construction of a new residence to be located on 1407 Bay
Ridge Road.
3. #1806 Jon and Shirley Billigmeier of 2935 Farview Lane seek
approval of a front street setback variance that would allow
the installation of a tennis court to be placed nearer to the
front or street line than the existing residence on the
property.
All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time. Written
comments are solicited. Plans are available in the City offices
for review, by appointment.
