As you may be aware, the City has been discussing with "r
Paul Smith ways of providing sewer (and water) service to his .abir.
On Steptember 14, 1931, the City Council ordered that a feasibility
study be prepared by tr.eCity Engineer This study will dete►r-ine
likely pipe locations, constriction requirements and restoration
requirements It will involve some surveying along the walkway
casement to the Smith property.
We would appreciate your cooperation in regard to performing
this study If you have any particular concerns regarding such
