RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
NO. 1667
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALKING
HEARING ON THE DUNWOOLi AVENUE ^4NITAkY
SEWER AND WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant t,. Resolut os, No. 1666 of the: Council,
adopted August 27, 1584, a report has been pruaarp,a cy the City Engineer
with refErence to the improvement of the Pau? Sinith property, (2477
Dunwoody Avenuc - PIU 20-117-23-22-0015) by installing municipal
sanitary sewer and municipal watermain extensions, and this report was
received by the Council on August 27, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono:
1) The Council will consider the construction of such
sanitary sewer and watermain extensions in accordance
with the report and the assessment of the single
benef itted property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$28,600.
2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on Monday, September 10, 1984, at 8:00 P.M.
in the Orono Counc-i 1 Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road,
and the Clerk sha:: ;ive mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held this 27 day of August, 1984.
