A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
THE QUOTATION FOR THE
NORTH ARM LANE PAVING IMPROVEMENTS .
� WHEREAS,pursuant to a solicitation for quotations for the North Arm Lane paving
' improvements project, quotations were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS,it appears that Buffalo Bituminous Inc.Buffalo,Minnesota submitted
� the lowest responsible quotation. �

� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota:
• The Orono City Council does hereby accept the quotation from Buffalo Bituminous
Inc.for completion of the North Arm Lane paving improvements proj ect according
to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on file in
the o�ce of the City Clerk in the amount of$19,548.00.
Adopted by the Orono City Council at a regular Council meeting held on March 24,
2003.
