The ls'tank is showing corrosion and sidewall deterioration. The septic tanks are orginal when the house was built as drainfield was re -done in 2001. The Septic Tanks will need to be replaced. City permit will be required. Pump tanks every 3 years The outside powers source for the pump in the pump tank will need to have the wires re -done inside the power source box as the wires are tied on the outside of a gang box.
