The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Orono Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley
Parkway on Monday, July 18, 2005, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the matter of reviewing the following land
use applications:
#04-3068 Ian Petersen, 2690 Fox Street, RR — 113 zoning district, requests a lot area
variance in order to build a new residence on an existing lot 1.255 acres in size
when 2.0 acres is normally required.
2. #05-3095 Minnetonka Portable Dredging on behalf of Gregg Steinhafel, 2265 North Shore
Drive, LR-IA zoning district, requests a conditional use permit for a permanent
dock.
